Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for online courses purchased from Hariom Yoga Vidya School (“Hariom Online”). Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly, please read this carefully before you buy.

1. Nature of Our Products

Our courses consist of pre-recorded video lessons and downloadable or streamable materials that become available immediately upon purchase. This is relevant to whether a purchase can be refunded.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund if all of the following apply:

• You request it within 7 days of purchase;
• You have completed no more than 20% of the course lessons;
• No certificate of completion has been issued for the course.

These conditions let you evaluate a course while ensuring the policy is not used to consume a course in full and then reclaim payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase;
• Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed;
• Courses for which a certificate has already been issued;
• Free courses, promotional items or coupon-discounted amounts already redeemed.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same course, or a technical error prevented access that our team could not resolve, contact us and we will investigate and issue a full refund where appropriate — these cases are not limited by the conditions above.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@hariomyogavidyaschool.com from the address on your account, including your name, the course name and your order or payment reference. You may also reach us via the Contact page or WhatsApp.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the processor used for the purchase — PayPal or Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on that processor and your bank or card issuer. Refunds of rupee payments are returned in rupees, and may differ slightly from the US Dollar list price because of the conversion rate applied at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellation

You can stop using the platform at any time. As access to purchased courses is granted immediately and is not a recurring subscription, there is no ongoing billing to cancel.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
